the purchaser's responsibility to inform
participants of this danger. Manufacturers
advise that deviation from proper installation,
failure to maintain equipment, and groom
playing surfaces could increase the risk
of injury to players. All equipment should
be inspected for damage before each use
and replaced or repaired immediately
if damage is found. All playing surfaces
should be properly groomed.
To Order:
Orders
can be placed over the Internet, by phone,
fax or U.S. Mail. We do ask that all
information requested on your order form
be completed so that we have a way of
contacting you should we have any questions
regarding your order.
Pricing:
All
prices are United States Currency and
are effective immediately. Prices published
on our web site prevail over all previously
printed price lists, catalogs and/or
other printed material. Prices are subject
to change without notice.
Freight:
*M.A.S.A.
has made every effort to make the shipping
calculations on our web site as accurate
as possible. Due to the complexities
of freight calculation, when fixed shipping
rates are not specified, there may be
instances where freight costs for your
order will be incorrect. Due to the fact
that UPS can not determine how M.A.S.A.
will package your order, your calculated
freight could be higher than what it
will actually be. If your actual charges
are lower than what is calculated on
our site, we will charge you the lower
freight. If you have any questions regarding
your calculated charges please call us

We
ship freight prepaid and add the
shipping charges to your order. All
prices are F.O.B. Jasper, Indiana
or manufacturer unless otherwise
indicated. We ship via UPS and motor
freight carrier. No freight will
be added to your order for items
requiring shipment via motor freight
carrier or for those items that require
complex freight calculations. Freight
quotes will be given on a strict
request only basis. Customer pick
up is also available from our warehouse
in Jasper, Indiana. Freight charges
will not be calculated for orders
shipping to an international location,
Alaska or Hawaii.
Payment & Terms:
Payment
is accepted via MasterCard, Visa and
Discover for all private organizations
and individuals. Our terms are Net 30
Days from date of invoice for park and
recreation departments, schools, universities,
colleges and government institutions
only. M.A.S.A. reserves the right to
require a valid, authorized purchase
order before processing an order. A finance
charge of 1 1/2% per month will be imposed
on all invoices 10 days past the original
due date.
Returns:
M.A.S.A.
is committed to providing excellent customer
satisfaction. It is necessary to have
a consistent return policy for any product
that you are not completely satisfied
with or that is defective.
Some
manufacturers have imposed limitations
on returns including possible restocking
fees and there are no returns on
custom ordered items. Given these
restrictions, we require a return
authorization (RA) number for all
returns. Any return received in our
warehouse without an RA number will
not be accepted. Please call a M.A.S.A.
representative to obtain authorization.
Your RA number must be clearly marked
on all packages.
Returns
must be in saleable condition and
packaged securely. All products must
be returned with any accompanying
warranty cards, manuals, accessories,
components or any other items included
in the original shipment.
The
customer is responsible for all freight
costs (including the original shipment)
and insurance. If a shipment is not
insured and becomes lost or damaged
the customer will be responsible
for full payment of the item/s being
returned.
Damage/Shortage
Claims:
Before
signing the carrier's delivery receipt,
all packages must be inspected for damage
or shortage immediately upon arriving.
If damage or shortages are found, circumstances
must be noted on the bill of lading before
allowing the carrier to leave your location.
This is necessary so that proper damage
claims can be made against the carrier.
Hidden damage must be reported directly
to the carrier within 5 working days
of delivery date. Failure to do so will
forfeit any and all claims for damage
with M.A.S.A. and/or the manufacturer
Errors,
Omissions, & Pricing Discrepancies:
We always endeavor to provide accurate
descriptions & prices for the items
listed on our website. Unfortunately
from time to time we find errors caused
by either manufacturers that have changed
a products specification, package contents,
or pricing without notifying us, or we
have made an error or have omitted relevant
information related to a particular item
or price. We reserve the right to change
pricing and correct errors in pricing
and specifications without notice. Please
